Bliss Mat Pilates

Flow, move, and feel the burn—in a way that feels good. This fun, full-body pilates mat class guides you through smooth, easy-to-follow sequences that strengthen your core, sculpt from head to toe, and keep things light yet challenging. With options offered throughout, it’s totally doable while still giving you that signature Bliss challenge.

Low-impact. All levels welcome. Come move with us and leave feeling amazing.

  • **This class is not suitable for pregnancy. Not suitable for injuries. We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting Pilates.

  • **we teach fundamental Pilates exercises only in all classes, please take note of safety first, take breaks when needed and you can move at your pace even in a group class. Liability waiver is signed at time of class registration, please review.
