Bliss Reformer- Intermediate💫

Intermediate Reformer 💫

This class is designed for students ready to move beyond the basics and refine their Pilates practice. Bliss Intermediate Reformer focuses on building strength, balance, and control while mastering foundational movements and progressing toward more intermediate technique. Classes are reformer-based (85%) with light mat work (15%) and may include small props to enhance challenge and support.

Expect a class that feels strong, empowering, and effective—while still fun and approachable 🌟

Recommended:
8–12 weeks of Bliss Beginner Reformer or Mat & Reformer Balance, or instructor approval.

Class Length: ~50 minutes

Progression to next level/practice
Many students remain at this level for approximately 6 months before advancing- transitioning when both student and instructor feel ready.

Important Notes

  • **This class is not suitable for pregnancy. Not suitable for injuries. We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting Pilates.

  • **we teach fundamental Pilates exercises only in all classes, please take note of safety first, take breaks when needed and you can move at your pace even in a group class. Liability waiver is signed at time of class registration, please review.
