Bliss Reformer Level 2 (Advanced Intermediate)
Step into our Level 2 Reformer, where every movement is a step toward your fitness and well-being journey. In this level we increase strength in reformer springs and work at a faster speed. Our goal is to refine and master the intermediate pilates reformer exercises while being introduced to more advanced exercises. Level 2 reformer will be 80% reformer and 20% mat... this way you feel the entire pilates experience. Occasionally we use small props such as weights, bands, pilates ball, dowels, and other props. In this level some exercises require kneeling and standing on the reformer which requires core control and balance. Join us on the reformer to strengthen and tone your body, while fostering a deeper connection between mind and muscle.
Requirements: We recommend that you are familiar and feel comfortable with "Level 1.5", this means taking about ~6months of Level 1 and Level 1.5 Reformer or consistent previous pilates practice prior to transitioning to Level 2 reformer, or sooner if both you and the instructor feel ready. Class by instructor approval.
