
Bliss Reformer – Advanced ⭐
Step into our Advanced Reformer class, where strength, control, and challenge come together. This class moves at a faster pace with heavier spring work, focusing on refining intermediate exercises while introducing more advanced choreography. This class is 90% reformer / 10% mat blend for a full Pilates experience. Small props may be used, and some movements include kneeling and standing on the reformer, requiring balance, strength, and core control.
Recommendations/Requirements:
We recommend ~6 months of consistent Beginner and Intermediate Reformer Pilates or prior Pilates experience. Advancement may happen sooner with instructor approval or if you feel ready.
Important Notes:
Not suitable for pregnancy or current injuries. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting Pilates. Safety is always prioritized—move at your own pace and take breaks as needed during the class. A liability waiver is required and signed at registration- please review. See you at the Studio!!😁
