Pilates Stretch Class (Beginner Friendly)

Unwind, lengthen, and restore your body in this gentle Pilates-inspired stretch class designed to release tension and improve flexibility. Using mindful movement, breathwork, and guided stretches, you’ll increase mobility and leave feeling lighter and more energized. Perfect for all levels, this class is the ideal complement to your Pilates practice—or a soothing reset on its own.

At times we may use props in this class.

This class is approximately 50mins

  • **This class is suitable for pregnancy for those with certain limitations. Exercises are appropriate and safe to accommodate for all. We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting Pilates.
  • **we teach fundamental Pilates exercises only in all classes, please take note of safety first, take breaks when needed and you can move at your pace even in a group class. Liability waiver is signed at time of class registration, please review.
