Step into our Beginner Reformer Jumpboard class, where we combine the energizing effects of cardio with the principles of Pilates for a complete fitness and well-being experience. Feel the exhilaration of jumping on the reformers jump board, as your heart rate increases, and while focusing on controlled movements and breath work to enhance mindfulness, body awareness, and sculpting. This class will be 75% on the reformer and 25% on the mat. We may occasionally use small props such as weights, bands, pilates ball, and other props.
This class is so much fun and will make you sweat, this is the cardio of pilates!
Requirements/Recommendation: ideal to have ~8-12wks of Level 1 prior to taking Level 1 classes. If feeling ready but not sure talk to your instructor.
