Reformer Jumpboard- Cardio and Tone 🌟

Step into our Beginner Reformer Jumpboard class, where we combine the energizing effects of cardio with the principles of Pilates for a complete fitness and well-being experience. Feel the exhilaration of jumping on the reformers jump board, as your heart rate increases, and while focusing on controlled movements and breath work to enhance mindfulness, body awareness, sculpting, and toning. This class will be 75% on the reformer and 25% on the mat. We may occasionally use small props such as weights, bands, pilates ball, and other props.

This class is so much fun and will make you sweat!

Requirements/Recommendation: ideal to have 2 months of Bliss Beginner Reformer prior to taking Jumpboard. If feeling ready but not sure talk to your instructor.

Class is approximately 40mins

  • **This class is not suitable for pregnancy. Not suitable for injuries. We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting Pilates.

  • **we teach fundamental Pilates exercises in all classes, please take note of safety first, take breaks when needed and you can move at your pace even in a group class. Liability waiver is signed at time of class registration, please review.
