Hot Pilates – Sculpt and Sweat at Bliss
Welcome to our signature Hot Pilates at Bliss, where strength, sweat, and self-care come together. Set in a gently heated room (~ 80°+ F), this energizing class combines the power of mat pilates with the revitalizing power of heat to help you build strength, boost flexibility, and deepen your connection to your body.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to be low-impact yet a highly effective mat pilates class with props—focusing on core stability, full-body toning and sculpting, and breath-led movement. The warmth enhances muscle mobility, supports detoxification, and invites a deeper, more mindful experience on the mat.
Whether you're new to Pilates or deepening your practice, our instructors will guide you with encouragement, options, and balance. At Bliss Balance, we believe in creating space for wellness, self-care, and most importantly balance.
All levels are always welcome
Bring your own mat and towel.
Drink plenty of water 72hrs prior to the class and after.
