Beginner Friendly
Come and join us for a fun pilates workout that combines both mat and reformer exercises. This class is meant to introduce us to mat pilates exercises that prepare us for the reformer. This class 50/50 mat and reformer. This class is beginner student friendly with variations for the more experienced students. This class is for all abilities with modifications and accommodations that will be cued as needed. Mat pilates targets the core while sculpting the body with components of strengthening and stretching on the reformer. We occasionally use small props. This class is super fun, and we can't wait to share it with you.

Transitioning ~ ideal to stay in practice for 8-12wk. Transitioning to the next level can take a short time with consistent practice. You can transition at your own pace or talk to your teacher for recommendations when you feel ready 😊
