This sculpting barre class is all about lifting, lengthening, and strengthening—especially lifting glutes, toning legs and arms and strengthen core. A fusion of barre, pilates, and strength- expect upbeat energy, controlled pulses, and targeted sequences that give you the signature bliss burn while still feeling supportive and doable.

With a focus on posture, alignment, and playful intensity, Bliss Barre delivers long, lean strength and serious feel-good confidence. You’ll leave standing taller, moving lighter, and feeling beautifully strong wrapped in that signature Bliss energy ✨

What Is Bliss Barre?

Bliss Barre is all about small movements with big feel-good results. Inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional strength training. This low-impact class uses controlled, intentional movements to sculpt and strengthen the entire body.

Bliss Barre emphasizes precision, posture, and alignment. You’ll hold positions while making tiny, intentional movements that strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt the body. These movements may look subtle, but they are surprisingly powerful.

No dance experience needed—just show up move with intention and enjoy the barre shake.

  • **This class is not suitable for pregnancy. Not suitable for injuries. We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting Pilates.

  • **we teach fundamental Pilates exercises only in all classes, please take note of safety first, take breaks when needed and you can move at your pace even in a group class. Liability waiver is signed at time of class registration, please review.
