Bliss Beginner Reformer Level 1 (Beginner Friendly)
If you are new to pilates this class is for you! You will learn the fundamentals of pilates on the reformer. You will get introduced to beginner basic pilates reformer exercises. Our reformer class is mainly on the reformer (75%), but we also use the mat (25%). Occasionally we use small props such as weights, bands, pilates ball, dowels, and other props. This class is designed for newcomers, focusing on basic movements, machine familiarity, and foundational principles of Pilates. We will introduce you to beginner reformer exercises and transition the student to the next level.
Requirements/Recommendations: Ideal to stay in practice for ~ 12wks. Transitioning to the next level can take a short time with consistent practice. You can transition at your own pace or talk to your teacher for recommendations when you feel ready 😊. But don't worry this class will be fun and effective and we are sure you will fall in love with pilates💛
