Beginner Reformer (Beginner Friendly)
Start here 😁- This class is designed for those new to Pilates or returning to the basics. You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates on the reformer, proper alignment, breath, and core connection. Classes are reformer-based (80%) with light mat work (20%) to support a well-rounded experience. Small props are also introduced to enhance strength and awareness.
Bliss Beginner Reformer is supportive, effective, and intentionally paced to help you feel confident, strong, and ready for the next level—at your own pace.
Requirements/Recommendations: Ideal to stay in beginner for ~ 8-12wks.
Progression: Transitioning to the next level can take a short time with consistent practice. You can transition at your own pace or talk to your teacher for recommendations when you feel ready 😊. But don't worry this class will be fun and effective and we are sure you will fall in love with pilates💛
Class Length: ~50 minutes (unless otherwise specified)

**we teach fundamental Pilates exercises in all classes, please take note of safety first, take breaks when needed and you can move at your pace even in a group class. Liability waiver is signed at time of class registration, please review.
