Bliss All Level Reformer Level 1.5 (Intermediate)
Join us on the reformer in our level 1.5. In this level the goal is to master the beginner pilates movements and prepare for intermediate technique to further refine control, balance, strength and overall fitness. This class will have some exercises on the mat (25%) but will mainly be on the reformer (75%). At times we may use small props such as very light weights, bands, pilates ball, and or magic circle. This class is fun, challenging, effective… and we think you will fall in love with pilates 🌟
Requirements: feeling strong and ready for Level 1.5
Recommendations: We recommend ~8-12wks of "Bliss Reformer Level 1" or "Mat and Reformer Balance" prior to level 1.5 or talk to your teacher if feeling ready.
Transitioning ~ ideal to be in Level 1.5 practice for ~6months. Transitioning to the next level can take time and dedication or talk to your teacher for recommendations when you feel ready 😊
