This class is meant for all levels.
Whether you are new or experienced you will get a great and effective work out on the reformer that will accommodate all levels. This class is mainly on the reformer (80%), but we also use the mat (20%). Occasionally we use small props such as weights, bands, pilates ball, dowels, and other props. This class is designed for newcomers, focusing on basic movements, machine familiarity, and foundational principles of Pilates. We will introduce you to beginner reformer exercises and transition the student to the next level. 💫
Requirements: ideal to have ~8-12wks of Level 1 practice prior to mixed level
